Roasted Red Pepper Spaghetti w/ Sausage

This is one of those easy throw together meals.



Per serving
Calories: 405..........Carbs: 44..........Fiber: 5..........Fat: 14
..........Protein: 27..........Sugar: 1..........Sodium: 780

Weight Watchers Points: 10

Ingredients - Makes 6 servings


Yep...all store bought.
- One Package Smart Taste Thin Spaghetti
- One Jar Classico Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo
- One Package Foster Farms Italian Chicken Sausage (they have spicy and not spicy)

1) Cook noodles according to directions on the box.
2) In a pan cook sausages whole (then when cooked slice)
3) Combine drained noodles and sauce in Pot. Add 1/4 jar water to the sauce jar, place lid back on, and shake to get extra sauce. Mix into noodle mix.

When I weighed all this out, One serving is about 5 oz of cooked noodles, and 1/2 cup of sauce, and 1 sausage link
(except there's only 5 links...so someone gets jipped..oops)

Its a decent plate full. This is a large plate.
