Roasted Green Beans


Serving Size 1/3 recipe
Calories: 139.........Carbs: 10.........Fiber: 4.........Fat: 9 .........Protein: 2.........Sugar: 4.........Sodium: 0

Ingredients (makes 3 servings)
1 lb whole green beans (I used 18oz frozen bag of pictsweet whole green beans)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning

Directions
1 - Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2 - Wash, dry well, and trim green beans. (or if using frozen, defrost and pat dry)
3 - In a gallon sized bags add green beans and oil, shake bag to coat green beans. Add seasonings (season to taste). And shake bag again.

4 - Evenly spread green beans on baking sheet lined with parchment paper (or spray with nonstick)
5 - Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway between. Done when beans are shriveled and a little brown (I usually take one and eat it halfway to see how "done" it tastes and go from there)
