Kashi - Shake and Bake Pork -

This was one of those last minute dinners, but prep is pretty quick. :)

**Quick note - Pictured is a 1 lb piece of pork! I was supposed to cut it thinner to be six 4 oz pieces of pork tenderloin...but I was starving so I just threw the giant chop into the bag of breading and cut it into servings after cooked. lol I just didn't want anyone to go buy thin cut tenderloin and wonder why this one looks huge.

Serving - One 4 oz serving

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin (4 oz sizes) - Can also use pork chops, but will change the calories a bit
2 Cups Kashi GoLean Original Ceral (crumbled in food processor or hammer..whatever works)
3 tsp brown sugar (optional)
1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
1/2 tbsp Paprika
1/2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Pepper

Pre-heat over to 350 degrees

1) Combine Kashi crumbs and seasonings in gallon size ziplock bag.

2) Lightly spray 1 tenderloin with non-stick spray, and drop into bag.
3) Close bag, and shake until covered. Repeat with remaining 5 pieces.

Bake for 1 hour until no longer pink (check at 30 minutes to avoid over cooking)

I started baking on a rack, for some reason my breading stays on better this way. :)

Enjoy! Serve with a side of fresh veggies. (Leftovers also taste good on salads!)
