Microwave Muffins

These were not as low calorie as I would have liked...but the fact that they were made in the microwave, and not bad tasting deserved to be shared. If you have kids, this is a neat breakfast too!



Serving - 1 Muffin

Calories: 158........Carbs: 18........Fiber: 3........Fat: 7
........Protein: 9........Sugar: 3........Sodium: 65

Weight Watcher Points: 4

Ingredients - Makes 1 Muffin
- 1/4 Cup Whole Grain Quick Oats
- 1 Egg
- 2 Strawberries sliced small (can also use other fruits or nuts etc)
*Brown sugar optional for sweetness

1) In a coffee cup beat egg, then add oats and fruit. Mix well.

2) Microwave for 3 minutes (this time can change depending on how your microwave heats)

3) Pop out of cup, and eat :)

*If you want to make it "fancy", you can mix in one cup, then add a cupcake holder to a clean up. Add mix to other cup carefully, and fill cupcake holder (don't overflow). Cook 3 minutes...




Like most Muffins, taste a even better with some butter on it.
