"Ga-Goots"

I have no idea if this is called by any other name, but my family has always called it gagoots (spelling might be wrong, that's how it sounds). I LOVE this food, and could eat it everyday. The way I used to eat it was by stuffing half a loaf of french bread with the filling and chowing down, now I've focused a little more on "moderation". This is also the lazy way to make it, the original recipe is better, but calls for oil and vinegar...and the oil seems to bump up those calories!

Serving - 105 grams of tomato mix and 1 Walmart Bakery Hard Roll

Ingredients
650 grams of tomato sliced in cubes (try to keep juices)
40 sprays Wishbone Italian Dressing Spritzer
1/2 cup sliced Scallions(green onion)
1 tbsp Garlic Powder (more or less to taste)
1 tbsp Onion Powder (more of less to taste)
pepperoncini peppers Optional (Will add some spicy!)

1) Combine all ingrediants into bowl, and eat right away, or let marinate overnight (better).

2)Take the roll, and poke a hole in it, then gently push all the bread to the sides, so it looks like this.

Then stuff tomato mix into bread and enjoy!

You can add some pasta for a side, or veggies...or just eat 2 servings of this! :)
